Right of withdrawal

For contracts with Meet Your Master GmbH, the following statutory right of withdrawal applies to all consumers as defined by § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).

Right of withdrawal

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day the contract concluded.

Special notice for digital content and subscriptions:

For contracts relating to digital content (e.g. online courses, streaming or download offerings) or subscriptions with immediate access to online content, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and have confirmed that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal. This is the case, for example, if, when concluding the subscription, you checked the corresponding checkbox and we then granted you immediate access to the course content.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Meet Your Master GmbH, Flößergasse 3, 81369 Munich, support@meetyourmaster.de, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation:

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
