Track and field star Malaika Mihambo is not only the world champion in long jump, but also an Olympic champion and winner of multiple German Sportswoman of the Year as well as German Track Athlete of the Year. With all her sporting successes, she is particularly admired for her mental strength. She is said to have "nerves of steel", but Malaika knows that behind her top performances lies special mental training.


Whether in sports, at work, in studies or in everyday life, we all face challenges and need to perform on point. In this online course Malaika opens the toolbox of her mental training and shows you how to arm yourself mentally with autosuggestion, visualization, yoga, meditation and self-reflection. You'll learn to master your body AND mind, be proactive and intentional about your life, and define and achieve your goals.


Mental strength is more important than physical strength. For immediate help in stressful situations, Malaika gives you an effective breathing meditation. In another exercise, she takes you into your experiential memory to recall an inner sense of confidence. Practice makes perfect! So it is recommended to repeat the practical lessons as often as you like.
